Seattle Children's Hospital
More than 100 years ago, Seattle Children’s was founded by a group of philanthropic women to care for children regardless of race, religion, gender or a family’s ability to pay. Their generous spirit remains as Seattle Children’s continues to provide specialized care to all kids who need us, regardless of their family’s ability to pay. Our experts, with the support of donors and volunteers, provide clinical care and research in the relentless pursuit to improve lives today and create better tomorrows.
Columbia Bank
Columbia Bank is a Northwest community bank headquartered in Tacoma, Washington, with comprehensive solutions and expertise to meet the evolving needs of businesses and individuals. Growth is vital to remaining a preferred option for customers. It advances the services and expertise we provide on their behalf. Columbia Bank has grown both organically and through acquisition, in cases where we recognized the benefits of a strong fiscal and cultural fit. In the process, we've leveraged our community-minded, locally committed way of doing business from a single branch to a 145+ branch regional footprint throughout Washington, Oregon and Idaho.
Today we employ a wide range of extraordinarily smart and devoted people, delivering relationship-based customer service. Most important, we've maintained our dedication to being THE community bank in each and every community we serve. Our people truly do make the difference.
Rafn
Jack Rafn founded the Rafn Company in 1978 to consciously avoid the often times adversarial nature inherent to hard bid contracting. By personality and attitude, Jack was driven to a collaborative process in which shared goals and mutual commitment to the development process could achieve a successful, high quality, cost-effective outcome - and could continue to cultivate lasting friends. It was a novel and visionary idea that we have championed ever since.
Initially, the renovation of historic buildings was the testing ground for this team approach with owners and architects, years before the industry bantered about the terms "partnering" and "team building". These principles were then applied to both public and private commercial projects with such great success that it has become the de facto standard in our market segment. That’s why when asked about the Rafn Company, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and even competitors say, “they are good people... and they do great work.”

Read on for more information about Outdoors for All and how to be a part of this special event.
Who We Are:
Outdoors for All was established in 1979 as a ski school for 35 youth with disabilities. In our 42 years of operations, we’ve since expanded our program offerings to include 15 year-round adaptive recreation programs like skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, kayaking, rock climbing, cycling, mountain biking, hiking, day camps, weekend excursions, custom events, and more. Each year, we serve upwards of 3,000 individuals with disabilities with the support of more than 900 volunteers and 100 community partners.
About the Auction:
The Outdoors for All Annual Gala Auction is our largest fundraising event, and we are thrilled to an in-person event! This year, we will hold a virtual silent auction online from November 4th-11th, and host an in person live auction, dinner, and program Saturday November 12th, 2022, at the Hyatt Regency in Bellevue.
The Gala Auction is unique because we provide a variety of items and experiences that appeal to outdoor enthusiasts, families, travelers and more. This event brings together hundreds of people for a silent auction, live auction, and dinner to raise over $350,000 in support of our mission and adaptive programs. Together, we can continue to enrich the quality of life for children and adults with disabilities through outdoor recreation!
