When and where is the event?
The in-person Gala Auction will be Saturday, November 12th at 6pm at the Bellevue Hyatt. The event will take place in the Evergreen Ballroom located on the ground floor around the corner from the Hyatt Front Desk. Guests will kick off the night with a cocktail hour from 6-7pm followed by the Live Auction, Dinner & Program from 7-9pm. VIP Cocktail hour begins at 5:30 pm and is included with VIP admission.
What should I wear?
The theme is Casino Royale and takes place in the Evergreen Ballroom so it's the perfect opportunity to hang up those Pajama Ball pj's and dress to impress! We are doing our best to bring a night of fun, glitz, and glam to you all the way from Vegas so go nuts :). We are encouraging guests to dress up but also wear something you feel comfortable in. People will be in everything from tuxedos and long dresses, to slacks, suits, and blouses. When in doubt, we recommend wearing what you would wear to a nice dinner or wedding.
Can I register ahead of time?
Yes! We recommend everyone preregister their full name, contact info, meal choice, and have a card on file to speed up the check in process upon arrival. The more info we collect ahead of time,the less we will need to gather that evening and get you moved through the line as quickly as possible.
Will Silent Auction Items be available for pick up at the in-person event?
Unfortunately no. We are balancing the overlap of two separate events and all silent items will need to be picked up after the event. Pick up will be available at Outdoors for All located in Magnuson Park November 15th-19th, 9am-5pm. Please email MarissaB@outdoorsforall.org to schedule pick up or drop off so we can have your item ready. Address: Outdoors for All Foundation, 6344 NE 74th Street, Suite 102 Seattle, WA 98115. Drop off available within a 10-mile radius of 98115. Items may be mailed upon request-winner responsible for shipping costs.*No pickup will be available the last week of November due to the holiday. All items not picked up before Nov 18th will have to wait until November 28th. Thank you for understanding.
Where should I park?
Self Parking is complimentary and located in the Hyatt underground garage. For self-parking, utilize the entrance on Northeast 10th Street marked Bellevue Place. Head down the ramp on the right side and past the gate. Then take an immediate right and you will see the Wintergarden Elevators on your right-hand side. You can park in this area, designated as P3. If P3 is full continue straight to the back of the garage and you will see a ramp on your left which you can use to access the lower levels of parking. Alternatively, you can use the Hyatt Regency Ballroom elevators, which will take you to the first floor of our Olympic Tower. Valet is $21 and overnight is $42.
When can I drop off desserts for the dessert dash?
Dessert Dash items can be dropped off at the Hyatt Evergreen Ballroom from 10am-5pm. Please label all desserts with name of dessert and allergen information: Nut Free, Dairy Free, Gluten Free, or Vegan.
