Columbia Hospitality
Our founder and CEO, John Oppenheimer, launched Seattle-based Columbia Hospitality in 1995 after being selected by the Port of Seattle to manage the new Bell Harbor International Conference Center on Seattle's waterfront. Since its inception, the company has steadily grown its portfolio, creating one of the largest hospitality management companies based in the Northwest. Columbia employs more than 3,000 team members at properties in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Montana, Arizona, Illinois, and Hawaii. In addition to expanding our management portfolio, Columbia has consulted on over 200 hospitality projects worldwide.
Seneca Group
Seneca Group was formed in 1992 to fill a need in the industry for high-quality development management services. We brought together a select group of real estate professionals with extensive and varied expertise. Over the years, we've broadened our expertise to serve a wider range of clients as we continue to provide personal service and exceptional value.
Penrith Home Loans
Penrith Home Loans is a full-service mortgage bank providing homebuyers with complete home financing solutions. Our team offers extensive expertise and a proven history of outstanding customer service.
At Penrith, we understand the importance of reinvesting in the communities where we live and work. That’s why we support the causes our clients, associates and business partners care about. We’re proud to have a long-standing relationship with Outdoors for All, sponsoring various events such as the annual gala auction, Spreefest, cycle team and more! We’re honored to help support an organization committed to enriching the quality of life for children and adults with disabilities.
RAFN
Jack Rafn founded the Rafn Company in 1978 to consciously avoid the often times adversarial nature inherent to hard bid contracting. By personality and attitude, Jack was driven to a collaborative process in which shared goals and mutual commitment to the development process could achieve a successful, high quality, cost-effective outcome - and could continue to cultivate lasting friends. It was a novel and visionary idea that we have championed ever since.
Seattle Children's Hospital
This isn’t about beating the odds. This is about changing them.
We fight relentlessly to make sure there’s no such thing as “out of options” and to make sure kids who “didn't have a chance” can have the childhoods they deserve. At Seattle Children’s, we’re united by a compelling mission: We provide hope, care and cures to help every child live the healthiest and most fulfilling life possible.
Together, we deliver superior patient care, advance new discoveries and treatments through pediatric research and serve as the pediatric and adolescent academic medical center for Washington, Alaska, Montana and Idaho – the largest region of any children’s hospital in the country.
Columbia Bank
Past, present and community.
Columbia Bank is a Northwest community bank headquartered in Tacoma, Washington, with comprehensive solutions and expertise to meet the evolving needs of businesses and individuals.
Growth is vital to remaining a preferred option for customers. It advances the services and expertise we provide on their behalf. Columbia Bank has grown both organically and through acquisition, in cases where we recognized the benefits of a strong fiscal and cultural fit. In the process, we've leveraged our community-minded, locally committed way of doing business from a single branch to a 145+ branch regional footprint throughout Washington, Oregon and Idaho.
Today we employ a wide range of extraordinarily smart and devoted people, delivering relationship-based customer service. Most important, we've maintained our dedication to being THE community bank in each and every community we serve.

Who We Are:
Outdoors for All was established in 1979 as a ski school for 35 youth with disabilities. In our 41 years of operations, we’ve since expanded our program offerings to include 15 year-round adaptive recreation programs like skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, kayaking, rock climbing, cycling, mountain biking, hiking, day camps, weekend excursions, custom events, and more. Each year, we serve upwards of 3,000 individuals with disabilities with the support of more than 850 volunteers and 100 community partners.
About the Auction:
The Outdoors for All Annual Gala Auction is our largest fundraising event and we are celebrating 20 years! This year, our auction will be held the evening of Saturday, November 13th, 2021 Bell Harbor.
The Gala Auction is unique because we provide a variety of items and experiences that appeal to outdoor enthusiasts, families, travelers and more. This event brings together more than 300 guests for a silent auction, live auction, and dinner to raise over $350,000 in support of our mission and adaptive programs.
Together, we can continue to enrich the quality of life for children and adults with disabilities through outdoor recreation!
