Meal Choices for Guests With Purchased Admissions: Don't forget to select your meal for the evening. You will be able to select from a dropdown with the following options:

1. Pan Seared Chicken Breast, Roasted Garlic Broccolini, Herb Roasted Potatoes, and Rosemary Truffle Jus (*gluten free, dairy free)
2. Seared Salmon Filet, Tarragon Yukon Gold Puree, Asparagus, and Vanilla Seafood Bisque (*gluten free)
3. Butternut Squash Ravioli, Artichokes, Fennel, Heirloom Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Kale Pesto Sauce (*vegetarian)
