21st Annual Gala Auction

We invite you to support the Outdoors for All Foundation at our 21^st annual Gala Auction! We are looking forward to this cheerful event that will bring together generous community members and partners from all over to support our mission to enrich the quality of life for children and adults with disabilities through outdoor recreation.

This year we will combine the format from the last few years and hold our silent auction online (open to the public) from November 4^th-11^th, and are looking forward to returning to a ticketed, in-person live auction event Saturday November 12^th.

How is your donation used to further our mission?

Now that we have returned to in person programing, your donation will support adaptive cycling, rock climbing, kayaking, day camps, cross-country and downhill skiing, snowboarding, custom events and more.

Why: To support Outdoors for All Foundation in its mission to enrich the quality of life for children and adults with disabilities through adaptive and therapeutic outdoor recreation.

Item Donations:

We are looking for gear, experiences, getaways, excursions, or any other items you think people might be interested in bidding on! Catalog deadline for all donated items is Friday, October 14th. All items must be delivered to Outdoors for All by Friday, October 21^st. Donors may deliver items or arrange for pick up by an Outdoors for All staff or volunteer.

Gift Certificates: 

You can provide your own gift certificate, or we can make one for you based on your provided details and restrictions. This will be given to the winning bidder for the purpose of them redeeming their item with the donor.

Your Donation is Tax Deductible:

Please keep a copy of your procurement form for your tax purposes. Please consult a tax advisor regarding specific tax laws.

You Will Receive Recognition for Your Donation:

All donors will be listed in our auction catalog and auction website as long as procurement forms are received by the catalog deadline of October 14^th, which will be available online. All donors will be recognized next to their donated items display. For live auction items, the auctioneer will verbally recognize the individual or company that donated the item or components for a package.

You Are Not Responsible for Contacting the Winner:

Donors must honor the given certificate or the one made by Outdoors for All based on details and restrictions specified. The buyer must contact you for redemption unless otherwise specified and honor expiration dates and stipulations on the received gift certificate.

Your Donation Supports Life Enriching Adaptive Outdoor Recreation Programs:

Outdoors for All provides programs, instruction, and equipment for the use of participants with physical, developmental, and sensory disabilities to be able to enjoy the outdoors! Our surveys show that 97% of our participants report an increase in their quality of life, 84% improved their independence, 96% feel they have greater confidence and 90% developed more friendships. Thank you for your support of Outdoors for All and our growth to continue to enrich lives of more peoples with and without disability.
